1. How would you describe BILSTEIN in one sentence – from the perspective of a workshop professional?

BILSTEIN is an automotive suspension manufacturer which consistently performs and who I know I can rely on.

2. Why would you recommend BILSTEIN products to other workshops?

I recommend BILSTEIN products to other workshops when they are looking for a high-quality suspension manufacturer whose products will continue to perform for long periods of time.

3. What do you appreciate most about the quality of BILSTEIN products in the aftermarket?

The longevity of performance is my most appreciated aspect of BILSTEIN products. I find that BILSTEIN shocks will continue to perform at their best far longer than other products on the market.

4. How do your customers experience BILSTEIN products after they have been installed?

With a great deal of satisfaction, our customers are quite eager to inform us both the immediate difference they feel but also in the continuing performance of their shocks. It’s this feedback that continues our recommendation of BILSTEIN products.

5. In your opinion, what distinguishes BILSTEIN from other manufacturers in the aftermarket?

Both the high degree and longevity of performance is what I believe distinguishes BILSTEIN from other manufacturers in the aftermarket. I find BILSTEIN dampers still perform excellently where other manufacturers would already require a reconditioning. It’s this longevity which places BILSTEIN in a class of its own.

6. How important is it to you that all BILSTEIN products undergo particularly extensive testing programs and are intensively tested in your own aftermarket driving tests?

I find extensive testing programs incredibly important as they enforce a high standard of performance and accountability. I believe that it is this high degree of accountability by BILSTEIN that results in the evident quality of its products.
