Standard rebuild turnaround time typically takes up to 5 business days depending on workload and parts availability. Rush service may be available for qualifying applications.
No. You may send the full coilover assembly. Our technicians will safely disassemble and service the unit.
Yes. Our technicians can adjust valving to better match your vehicle weight, tire size, and intended driving conditions.
Yes. Every shock is inspected before service begins. If additional repairs or replacement parts are required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
Your shocks may need service if you notice:

Leaking oil or residue on the shock body

Excessive bouncing or poor handling over bumps

Reduced performance on rough terrain

Frequent off-road, racing, or heavy-duty use
- If you have driven over 50,000 miles since the last service
If any of these signs appear, it’s a good idea to have your shocks inspected and rebuilt to maintain peak performance and safety.
