Standard rebuild turnaround time typically ranges from 1–2 weeks depending on workload and parts availability. Rush service may be available for qualifying applications.
No. You may send the full coilover assembly. Our technicians will safely disassemble and service the unit.
Yes. Our technicians can adjust valving to better match your vehicle weight, tire size, and intended driving conditions.
Yes. Every shock is inspected before service begins. If additional repairs or replacement parts are required, we will contact you for approval before proceeding.
